Swim Gym Bench

The Swim Gym Bench – Incline Resistance Bench (IRBv1) has been designed to help improve the strength and stroke of the swimmers. The use of resistance bands with the incline resistance bench simulates the position of the swimmer while in the water without having the head lift up and out of position during the stroke technique.

Manufactured and Designed in Perth Western Australia with the guidance from the head coaches at Western Sprint Swimming Club.
